The Impact office staff are efficient and friendly, communicating via phone, SMS and/or email.A detailed quote for a total replacement of my fuse box was supplied with Impact handling all the communications and paper work with Ausgrid.The team who did the work a) arrived on time on the scheduled date, b) were well presented in company uniforms with name tags, c) were polite, tidy and kept me informed as work progressed and d) thoroughly checked their work before leaving to ensure Ausgrid compliance, providing me with a copy of the compliance document.I would highly recommend this company.

What an amazing experience. I found out this morning I had a major issue with my electrical box at home, one of the fuses had melted and I needed a Level 2 electrician urgently as I could not safely use my power. After a few calls I finally was recommended to Impact Electrical. They said took my call straight away, understood the urgency of my situation and send someone out straight away. As I was at work, they called to quote the price of what needed to be done. I was happy with the quote, and the job was done quickly. I am so grateful to the team at Impact Electrical for their swift response and genuine service and price. I highly recommend their services. Absolutely amazing electricians! We lost all power on a Sunday morning, and after calling close to 20 electricians, we found out we needed an ASP Level 2 certified specialist to change our Barge Fuse. Half of the electricians we spoke to didn’t have the necessary qualifications, and the others couldn’t come out until Monday, which wasn’t an option with two young kids at home. One quoted a fortune due to double rates.
Then we called Impact Electrical & they arranged James to come out within a few hours and charged us a flat rate instead of taking advantage of Sunday rates. He was incredibly kind, fixed everything quickly, and even gave us helpful advice about other issues we might need to address in the future, as our house is a bit older.
I can’t recommend them enough! We were in a desperate situation, and they truly came through for us—genuine heroes! Love local businesses who have such a community minded approach.
